Nova Steel manufactures round, square and rectangular custom profile electric resistance welded steel tube and provides value-added services primarily for the automotive industry.
Our tube is produced from carbon steel, stainless steel and Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) and our range includes automotive tube from 1 1/2” to 7” O.D. with wall thickness ranging from 0.035” to 0.200”.
All tubular parts are cut using high precision off-line cutting.

Our value-added capabilities include punching, cutting, bending, piercing, notching, chamfering, swaging/forming, part identification (marking/etching), roll-forming, custom fabrication, welding, painting and fiber optic tube lasers. We also manufacture tube with laser welded tubular blank technology to produce high diameter thickness ratios (200:1).
